Service is important to us. That`s why we have developed a special system for our customers: our Service Request System.
This system has been designed to take careful account of the wishes and requirements of our customers and is easy to use. Your requests can be easily sent, information on the progress of requests accessed, and feedback entered– all online! We use your feedback to respond rapidly to your requests.
Our Service Request System helps us to respond rapidly and provides customers with additional transparency during the project. This service provides you, as the customer, with the option of entering service calls and requesting specific information. This system is integrated into the Enterprise Portal of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
In order to be able to access the system, you need a valid user name and password combination which is available on request by email.
