Managed services
We offer the following services from our computer center:
- Housing without system management: location and network connection of a customer system at our computer center. You locate your IT infrastructure in our computer center and manage the system yourself.
- Hosting with system management: You locate your IT infrastructure in our computer center and leave the system management to FWI.
- Hosting: Your applications and services (with or without system management) are hosted at our computer center.
- ASP: in addition, we can offer and manage our applications.
Another option is for us to take over your existing hardware and/or IT personnel. For customers with their own computer centers, we can either run the customer`s own servers or the computer center server. This involves the provision of customer-specific services up to and including the overall management of the existing infrastructure on site.
