FWI`s all-inclusive offer

FWI is a full-service provider when it comes to complex IT projects for medium-sized enterprises. FWI covers the whole range of services required – from design to implementation.

Our full-service offer includes:

    • plus the appropriate standard software,

Consulting services

IT configuration: Based on an analysis of the current system / situation and the associated documentation, we prepare, in conjunction with you as the client, a concept for the new system in line with your specific requirements. We identify which hardware infrastructure is necessary in order to implement an ERP system. This process includes the layout of the network and the location of other hardware, not too mention planning system reliability. Based on the number of workstations and the software used, we undertake the dimensioning (IT sizing) of the necessary hardware. 

Implementation services: The installation and rollout of the necessary operating system software as well as MS Exchange, Citrix, etc. – including the associated project management and documentation. 

Performance / bug analysis: With the help of the necessary tools, we can identify and eliminate system-critical weak points and/or their causes.

Support for project and outsourcing customers: Continuous support based on a range of different service levels is provided via the FWI hotline. This can range from on-site support for customer systems to full outsourcing.
