FWI is a member of the Austrian Association for Quality Assurance (ÖVQ), part of Quality Austria. This association supports us in attaining our high QM targets through a combination of information, quality-specific expertise, reports, etc.
"Committed to excellence"
By means of the proven EFQM Excellence model of the European Foundation for Quality Management, FWI is implementing a QMProgram step by step. The outstanding quality of FWI has been officially awarded the "Committed to excellence" seal of quality.
ISO 9001:2008
FWI has been awarded the Quality Austria certificate based on ISO 9001:2008. This highly coveted certificate confirms that FWI provides excellent quality services and meets all of the requirements of Quality Austria Trainings-, Zertifizierungs- und Begutachtungs GmbH.
