FWI is a member of PMA Projekt Management Austria, the Austrian branch of the International Project Management Association (IPMA). PMA certifies project managers and assesses, among other aspects, the project and program management of its members. Its guidelines for the delivery of projects are documented in the so-called pm-baseline.

As a corporate member of PMA, we deliver customer projects in accordance with PMA guidelines. Which means: our procedure is based on a clearly defined system fit for the future!

We have developed a uniform implementation methodology and have standardized our tried-and-tested procedure. Having been certified by PMA, our central project managers oversee and coordinate all project phases from the kick-off to live operation, as well as international rollouts.
