Founded by its owners Leopold Födermayr and Franz Wildling in fall 2007, FWI has consisted of four merged companies since the fall of 2008: Ecosys Informationstechnologie, Powerdat IT-Solutions, Solutions Factory Information Technology and SWS EDV-Software Service.  

Both founders have played key roles in shaping the IT landscape in Austria over the past 30 years. Following outstanding successes with the Systema Group (market leader in the healthcare sector), both pioneers trusted in their talent for identifying new markets and opportunities, and elected to focus on the ERP market. Their entrepreneurial spirit and success motivated them to expend the Microsoft Business Solutions segment. The optimistic goal of becoming the largest provider of Microsoft Business Solutions in Austria has long since been realized.     

Recognizing the value of continuity, the owners elected to maintain the previously very successful management team and the tried-and-tested team structure. The top priority is to achieve a network of outstanding expertise combined with continuity and stability. This is key to ensuring that customer satisfaction levels remain are high as they are.
